It takes guts to label your mini-collection «UNIQLO Essentials», when you are the brand most recognised for creating versatile and utilitarian everyday wear.
Japanese High Street mogul, the one whose entrance in the Spanish market a few months ago was treated as a threat-slash-slap-in-the-face-of the Inditex Empire, is prepared to become even more essential (in our wardrobes) with a collection of essentials that are, essentially, essential.
Was that clear enough?
They have divided their collection into four categories, Lifewear, Home, Workwear and Sportswear. Only the Lifewear collection has been revealed so far, with the others sporting an intriguing "Coming Soon".
Technical fabrics, simply clean cuts and relaxed silhouettes to create wardrobe staples for the coming cold months. I am already thinking of replacing some of my basics with their stuff!
