Lookbook: H&M Studio F/W 2016
British model Anders Hayward stars in this season's H&M Studio lookbook, and the combination is a winner. The collection stands out with a clear point of view focused on modern luxe in nice rich fabrics.
The pallet consists of saturated dark tones, mostly grey and black, but in harmony with navy and army green, very much what we have been seeing from their competitors for this seasons.
The H&M Studio F/W 2016 collection feels like an actual range of staple pieces that can be interchanged and worn in different ways...
...which is something I rarely find in H&M, sometimes too generic and watered down with the amount of lines and styles they want to cover.
I am very intrigued about the shoes and boots, patent lather with thick wedged soles. Also, the wool-blend utility jacket in a cropped length seems quite interesting. The collection is released on Thursday, 8th September, so I will sure be checking them all out!
PS. The prices are estimates, as they are only available in Euros for the full collection. I will correct them and provide links once the pieces are released.
